This module is designed in recognition of the key and increasingly critical role e-commerce is playing in the 21 st century, accelerated by the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. Discussions will focus on the major classifications of e-commerce (B2B, B2C, C2B and C2C) and the different models that businesses can use to operationalise e-commerce strategies. The session will also introduce some e-commerce technologies and tools.

This module highlights key considerations in business networking, and also facilitate interactive conversations about how to operationalise networking strategies in practice- both within the UK economy and the international landscape.
